The National University of Singapore Society (NUSS) is a graduate club with more than 15,500 members. We manage four clubhouses with premium facilities and provide platforms for all to socialise, build networks, improve connectivity and exchange ideas through a multitude of recreational, academic, political, social and cultural activities.

Currently we have positions open: 

  

1)   Member Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

·          Handle members’ enquiries, feedback and reservations

·          Ensure high service standard and  smooth operations at the Front Desk

·          Assist and co-ordinate VIP visits and events

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level with at least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service oriented with a pleasant disposition
  • Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

 

2)  Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

·          Provide professional and excellent customer service to all guests

·          Serve guests and take orders

·          Maintain cleanliness of the Restaurant

·          Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements:

·          Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity

·          Service oriented with a pleasant disposition

·          A good team player with the ability to multi-task

·          Preferably bilingual

·          Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

 

3)  Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily routine duties, troubleshoot and preventive maintenance
  • Perform assigned maintenance and repairs of building and kitchen equipment
  • Provide technical support for Society’s events

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum ITC/NTC with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance experience is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
