Savoury Bun and Bread Roll Making Workshop

Participants will learn various recipes and techniques that go into making savoury & soft bread and pastries.


Course Outline


Session 1 

  • Introduction to bread making
  • Hands-Knead Bread
  • Machine-Knead Bread
  • Rolling Buns in Tray, Oreo Buns and Cinnamon Rolls
  • Baking (Practical)


Session 2 

  • Group baking of Chocolate buns, Hotdog buns, Cheese Hotdog and Red Bean Flower buns      


Note: Participants will be required to pay an additional $40 for course materials.



Trainer Profile


Ms Pauline Chan has acquired her skills in cake decorating, cookie art food design through a series of professional qualifiations and personal improvisation. She works with other companies to give public demonstration where she demonstrates the usage of their kitchen appliances and equipment and also showcases her culinary skills
