- High-quality dark chocolate
- Natural fruit-based fillings and pastes
What You Will Learn
- Choux Pastry – Master two types: lightly sweetened & savoury
- Low-Sugar Fillings – Custard, piped cream, orange and pear pastes
- Mini Tarts – Both fruity and savoury varieties
- Chocolate Snacks – Using 60–70% dark couverture with minimal sugar
- Almond Snacks – Lower-sugar versions of nutty bites
- Mini Chiffon Orange Cakes – Baked with heart-healthy olive oil
- Muffins & Cookies – Orange-chocolate muffins and eggless olive cookies with hazelnuts
- Party Buns – Salt rolls, oat bran, and mushroom buns made with instant yeast and minimal sugar
- Strawberry Jam – Less sweet, balanced with a tangy finish
- Party Scones – Plain, fruity, and savoury, paired with homemade pear paste
Trainer Profile
Ms Pauline Chan has acquired her skills in cake decorating, cookie art food design through a series of professional qualifiations and personal improvisation. She works with other companies to give public demonstration where she demonstrates the usage of their kitchen appliances and equipment and also showcases her culinary skills
