IU Update Requirements & Process

The upgraded gantry system requires three key details to grant access: your IU number, name, and vehicle number plate. While your car plate may already be registered, the system will not function properly without your IU number. To ensure smooth entry, all members must update their information accordingly.

Your IU number is a unique 10-digit serial number, usually found on a sticker on the front or side of the IU device in your vehicle. You can also refer to your vehicle’s log card or contact your vehicle provider for assistance.

All members must update their vehicle and IU information by 31 July 2025 to ensure uninterrupted access to Mandalay Guild House.

You can update your details by completing the online form available on our website.

Members who do not update their IU details by the deadline will be required to do so at the reception counter upon their next visit to Mandalay Guild House. Otherwise, a fee of $20 + GST will be imposed on top of the standard member parking charges for parking on the premises.

Vehicle Registration Rules

Yes, you only need to register your vehicle once to access parking at Mandalay Guild House.

Each principal member may register only one vehicle. This applies even if your spouse is a spouse member—only one vehicle may be registered per membership.

Parking is available at the Mandalay Guild House, located at 2 Mandalay Road, Singapore 308206.

Monday to Sunday: $0.60 per minute

Monday to Sunday (6pm till closing): $2.50 per entry

Yes. Please take note of the following:

  • Register your vehicle by 4pm for access on the next working day.
  • Registered members will be billed via monthly statements.
  • Taxis and non-registered vehicles may use the drop-off/pick-up area within a 10-minute grace period.
  • A $20 penalty applies to non-registered vehicles, on top of standard parking charges.
  • Non-registered vehicles must pay using cash cards at the exit kiosk.

No advance booking is necessary. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

For registered vehicles, parking fees are charged directly to your membership account.

Data Privacy & Special Cases

Yes. All submitted data will be handled in accordance with our data protection and privacy policies and used strictly for gantry access and administrative purposes.

Yes. You may update your IU details at the Mandalay Guild House reception counter. However, online submission is recommended for faster processing.

For temporary use of a different vehicle (e.g. rental or replacement car), please email [email protected] with the temporary vehicle and IU details to request temporary access.

No. Each membership allows for the registration of only one vehicle, even if both spouses are members.
