After being diagnosed with a severe autoimmune condition that affected her kidney function, Florence Ho embarked on a personal journey of healing through food and lifestyle changes. Now in remission and a certified Institute of Restorative Health Practitioner (IRHP) and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Florence is passionate about empowering others to prevent or manage chronic health issues naturally — so they can live vibrant, fulfilling lives.
