The word Chuchi Mulot if translated would mean to wash your mouth, in the Peranakan language a twist of the words it means to end the meal with something sweet.
Here this demonstration will show you some of the lesser known Kuehs and Sweet Porridge like Putu Tegair, Goreng Klodok, the rarely seen Hati Terigu.
Understanding about Kuehs and Desserts, learning about the ingredients.

Trainer Profile
Chef Lloyd Matthew Tan is the author of 2 cookbooks “Daily Nonya Dishes” and “More Daily Nonya Dishes”, consisting of homely Peranakan dishes. He is the founder and owner of “Perut Rumah”, a popular Facebook group, and an active contributor at the forefront of the Peranakan revival on social media.
