Through hands-on practice and expert guidance, you’ll learn how to create this festive sweet bread from scratch using your existing sourdough culture.

Ms Pauline Chan has acquired her skills in cake decorating, cookie art food design through a series of professional qualifiations and personal improvisation. She works with other companies to give public demonstration where she demonstrates the usage of their kitchen appliances and equipment and also showcases her culinary skills
