In this advance course on Sourdough, participants will revise the Boule Basic and also learn the hand fold techniques to make different kinds of bread. A course continuation from Intermediate Sourdough course.
For students who have attended Pauline’s Basic Sourdough course and wish to know more about hand fold technique in this advanced course.
Trainer Profile
Ms Pauline Chan has acquired her skills in cake decorating, cookie art food design through a series of professional qualifications and personal improvisation. She works with other companies to give public demonstration where she demonstrates the usage of their kitchen appliances and equipment and also showcases her culinary skills

This class requires learners to attend Pauline’s Sourdough Intermediate course. Not suitable for beginners. This class is a continuous session from Sourdough Intermediate in NUSS NSA Course.
